As mulheres t\u00eam mostrado que sua presen\u00e7a na advocacia n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas uma conquista, mas uma transforma\u00e7\u00e3o silenciosa e poderosa dentro da profiss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/oab.estrategia.com\/portal\/empreendedorismo-feminino-na-advocacia\/\" target=\"_blank\" >empreendedorismo feminino na advocacia<\/a><\/strong> vem crescendo de forma expressiva. Cada vez mais, advogadas est\u00e3o abrindo seus pr\u00f3prios escrit\u00f3rios, liderando equipes e inovando na forma de atender clientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dos grandes desafios enfrentados por muitas profissionais \u00e9 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/oab.estrategia.com\/portal\/conciliando-advocacia-e-maternidade-os-direitos-das-advogadas-previstos-no-estatuto-da-oab\/\" target=\"_blank\" >conciliar advocacia e maternidade<\/a><\/strong>.
